Giggles is a sub-average 1Q. Even those can be trained but a handler just about

Being blessed with Aspbergers (it only affects very high IQ types) I was able to
suppress those but remember that the nervous laughing in normal conversation was
something I had to deal with early - it was one of the first ones I had to overcome to
avoid being put in SE.
