To say the nation is under the control of juveniles is not an exaggeration. The antics of the regime resemble those of junior high students with no supervision. And not very bright junior high students. If one of them has an IQ above average I haven't seen it. The response to the Chinese balloon debacle is typical. Instead of putting forth the usual bovine excrement and moving on they had to produce a few more 'intruders shot down' somewhere. Lying makes it worse, unless you pay no price. And paying up is nearly two years away at best.
Since the beginning of the school year, seven students have died suddenly at NCSU. Okey-dokey. North Carolina is sliding fast, a Democrat governor and the Republican House seats down to nine seats and while they have two Republican senators that will likely be in jeopardy soon. The influx of tech workers did enough damage that regular folks are movig south or west, further decreasing the conservative votes.
The situation in Thailand bears watching. The princess took a "booster" in December and went into a coma, and at nearly two months things don't look good. Doing in the daughter of the King of Thailand could have deleterious consequences for some people. Who remains to be seen.
Vox Day observed a few days ago that the earthquakes looked a bit suspicious. The idea of "simultaneous tidal waves that just happen to engulf New York City and Los Angeles" is rather attractive. DC being geographically ineligible.

Resolution
Supporting a COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate
WHEREAS the COVID-19 virus and its variants are a continued and evolving threat to public health;
WHEREAS, at the time of this resolution, one vaccine has been granted full approval by the FDA, and the others are expected to gain full approval soon;
WHEREAS, Faculty Senate affirms the value of a safe in-person experience for all students, faculty, and staff;
WHEREAS, NC State University has a responsibility to provide for the health and safety of its students, faculty, and staff;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Faculty Senate of NC State University that it supports a mandate for the COVID-19 vaccine for all students, faculty,
and staff who have class or work responsibilities on campus, according to regulations for vaccine administration set by the FDA or vaccine manufacturer,
subject only to medical or bona fide religious exceptions.
